The Build
These guards are machined from 3/16" 5052-H32 aircraft-grade aluminum ā the same stuff that takes a beating on working machines. They're thick enough to handle repeated impacts from rocks and debris without denting, and they sit tight against the Ranger's undercarriage like they rolled off the assembly line as factory parts.
Black Powder Coat Option
Want your guards to look finished instead of raw aluminum? You can add a black powder coat finish for $60 extra. Black is the only color available. If you go with the coating, tack on 1-2 weeks to your delivery time ā but it looks sharp when it shows up.
