3/16" Aluminum (SKU: 932 / 993)
The go-to choice. Aircraft-spec aluminum is light enough but tough enough to handle rock impacts, root strikes, and hard landings without denting. It'll look good sitting under there too, and it doesn't rust or degrade over time. Solid all-around option if you don't know which direction to go.

3/8" UHMW Polyethylene (932-U / 993-U)
This is plastic, but it's the heavy-duty kind — thick, nearly unbreakable, and it slides. UHMW doesn't catch on obstacles the way aluminum can, so if you're into tight rock crawling or technical single-track stuff where you're threading through narrow spots, this keeps you moving instead of snagging and hanging up.

Combo: Aluminum With UHMW Layer (932-P / 993-P)
Get the best of both. Aluminum underneath gives you rigid structure, and a 1/4" UHMW layer on top absorbs impacts and slides over terrain. Most versatile setup we sell — handles rocks, roots, and tight obstacles all in one package.
