3/16" Aluminum

Go with aluminum if you want serious strength and a finished appearance. It's the same stuff used in aircraft, handles rocks and roots without flinching, and won't weigh you down. This is the choice if you're hammering rough ground and want protection that looks right while it works.

1/2" UHMW Polyethylene

UHMW slides over obstacles instead of catching them like aluminum can. On tight, technical trails and rock crawls, this stuff glides through what would grab aluminum. Impact won't dent or crack it, it lubricates itself, and it basically never wears out.

Aluminum Plus UHMW Combo

Get aluminum's strength as your base layer with a 1/4" UHMW layer on top soaking up the direct hits. Combines the best traits of both materials. Can't choose? This lets you stop worrying about it.

Have Nerf Bars?

Select that option and your rock sliders ship with nerf bar access holes already drilled—everything bolts up clean without modification.

Black Powder Coat Option

Add a black powder coat finish for that blacked-out look that stands up to weather and keeps looking sharp. You can coat just the visible pieces—bash plate, A-arm guards, and rock sliders—or go whole hog and black the entire kit. If you go with the powder coat, plan on waiting an extra 1–2 weeks on top of the normal ship time.
