Running big tires on your Polaris Ranger XP 1000? That extra weight hanging out at the wheels creates serious stress on your suspension geometry. Every rut and hole you blast through puts pressure on your A-arms and front end. A quality track bar keeps everything lined up and working together instead of getting tweaked out of shape.
What You're Getting
These track bars bolt to your frame and A-arms to brace your suspension against side-to-side deflection. They're built from 1.25-inch diameter steel tubing with heavy-duty heims at each end, and the frame mounting uses 1/8-inch steel plating for a rock-solid connection. The setup essentially doubles the lateral strength of your front suspension, which means you can run aggressive tires and lifts without worrying about bending your A-arms on rough terrain.
How They Work
Track bars sound simple, but they're actually finicky to get right. If the angles are off even a little, you lose ground clearance, limit your suspension travel, or—worst case—both. These bars use what's called double-axis technology to keep everything moving smoothly without binding. The result is a 3-point geometry that gives you full travel and maximum strength without eating into your clearance.
The clamps are oversized and designed not to break under normal use, so no welding needed. Even though they're beefy, they only hang down a couple inches to keep ground clearance as high as possible.
