Polaris Ranger XP 570 RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion

Your Ranger's steering takes a beating when you're pushing hard on rough ground. The stock rack and pinion wasn't built to handle the kind of abuse an off-road machine gets. That's where this RackBoss 2.0 rack and pinion comes in—it's a heavy-duty replacement that keeps your steering responsive and tight, even after years of trail work and mud.

What Makes It Tougher

The key difference is the X24 Tech dual-bushing setup. SuperATV built this with PTFE bushings at both ends of the rack, which cuts down the internal slop by more than half. Less play means less wear on your tension spring and a steering feel that stays locked in. When you're dealing with big tires, rough trails, or rocks and debris, a tighter rack means you stay in control. There's also a grease fitting built right in, so you can service it after a muddy day without taking it apart.

Two Tie Rod Options

You get two choices when you order: swaged tube tie rods or solid steel bar tie rods. Both come with the X24 dual-bushing rack, boots, steering stops, bushings, studs, and all hardware needed for installation.

Swaged Tube Version: These use 7/8-inch diameter tubing that flares out for extra strength while staying light. The tie rod ends are beefy 16 mm pieces on the rack side and 14 mm on the rod side. Built tough but without unnecessary weight.

Solid Steel Bar Version: If you want maximum durability, go with the solid 1-inch steel bars. These pair with larger 3/4-inch heim joint tie rod ends. The inner ends are adjustable and thread at 3/4 inch (rod side) and 16 mm (rack side). This setup is made for hard riding and takes abuse without flinching.
