Polaris Ranger XP 800 6" Lift Kit

It gets you up and over obstacles that would pin down a stock machine, plus it opens up tire options up to 34". The real trick is doing all that without turning your rig into a uncomfortable, hard-to-steer beast. This one doesn't.

Built Solid from the Ground Up

The geometry matters when you're lifting a machine this high. Everything here is overbuilt compared to factory parts. The front and rear A-arms use 1-1/4" heavy-duty steel tubing—that's 75% thicker than what Polaris bolts on—with extra cross-bracing to handle the abuse. Tie rods are 7/8" solid chromoly bar, and the brackets holding everything together are 4.5mm thick steel plate.

You also get four axles with your kit—choose between SuperATV's X300 units or the Rhino 2.0 option, depending on what you want to spend and how hard you ride. X300 axles use 300M steel shafts that flex under load instead of snapping, which keeps your transmission and differentials breathing easier when you're pushing it.

Still Rides Like It Should

A good lift shouldn't murder your turning radius or make every bump feel like hitting a pothole. This one preserves both. The suspension geometry stays dialed so you get the same compliant ride you're used to—just six inches higher. You can still whip it around tight without needing a parking lot to do a three-point turn.
