Description
If you're running a Polaris Ranger XP 900 and want bigger tires without adding a lift, these A-arms are built to handle it. The Atlas Pro 2 Forward Offset A-Arms give you the clearance and room you need to fit up to 31-inch tires while keeping your machine stable and planted on the trail.
What You're Getting
This kit comes with a pair of offset A-arms, heavy-duty tie rods, a set of Rhino axles, and a steering stop kit (depending on your model). Everything bolts together to create a suspension package that actually works as one complete system instead of mismatched pieces.
Built Bigger Than Stock
The tubing here measures 1.5 inches in diameter with a .138-inch wall thickness—that's a full half-inch larger than what came on your Ranger. We're talking 1.5 x .138 wall DOM steel, powder-coated to resist rust and look good doing it. The thicker tubing means better durability when you're dealing with rocks, roots, and rough ground day after day.
That Offset Matters
The 2-inch forward offset does two things: it widens your stance for better stability, and it pushes your wheels out just enough to clear 31-inch tires without a lift. You also pick up an extra inch of ground clearance from the arm geometry itself. Adjustable 24mm pivot blocks let you dial in your camber angle if you need to fine-tune it after adding bigger rubber.
Axles and Tie Rods That Match
These A-arms pair with oversized-joint Rhino axles built end-to-end in chromoly steel. The tie rods are solid steel with beefier heim joints. When you upgrade your suspension this much, everything downstream has to be equally tough—this kit gets that right.
Ball Joint Options
You've got choices here. You can reuse your stock ball joints, or pick one of four upgrades at checkout:
- Standard-Duty: Chromoly steel studs and housings, zinc-plated for strength that matches or beats OEM
- Heavy-Duty: 4340 VAR steel that handles double the load of a stock joint, greaseable with adjustable design
- Super-Duty 300M: The strongest material available, 2.25 times stronger than stock, with easy grease access and steel-on-steel adjustability
- Keller: Two-piece design that threads on like a bolt, virtually impossible to pull out, greaseable and rebuildable
If you order ball joints with your A-arms, we'll install them for free—just tell us which type you want at checkout.
