Description

Your Polaris Ranger XP 900 deserves suspension that can handle serious terrain and bigger rubber. These forward offset A-arms are built heavier and stronger than what came from the factory—they'll give you the clearance and durability to run larger tires and tackle rougher ground without needing a full lift kit.

Beefy Steel Tubing Built to Last

The backbone of these arms is 1.5 x .138 wall steel DOM tubing, which is a half-inch thicker in diameter than stock. That extra mass means real strength where it counts—resisting bends and cracks from trail abuse. Everything's powder-coated to shed rust and look good doing it. We stand behind these with a lifetime warranty because we know they'll outlast almost anything you throw at them.

2-Inch Forward Offset Means More Room

The forward offset geometry does two things: it pushes your contact patch wider for better stability, and it opens up space for up to 31-inch tires without forcing you to add a lift. You also gain an extra inch of ground clearance, which helps your machine clear rocks and ruts that would normally catch you.

Adjustable Camber Blocks Keep Things Tuned

Adjustable 24mm pivot blocks let you dial in your camber angle when you've made bigger suspension changes. We set them to match factory specs out of the box, so if you're happy with how it sits, you're done—no extra work needed. If you want to fine-tune the geometry after adding tires or other upgrades, you've got the adjustment built right in.

Axles and Tie Rods Come Along

These A-arms work best with matching drivetrain parts. Depending on which kit you choose, you get oversized Rhino axles with chromoly construction and tough heim joints, plus solid steel tie rods that won't let you down. For High Lifter models, check fitment below—those machines need different components.

Ball Joint Options

You can pick your ball joint setup at checkout, and we'll pre-assemble them for free if you want to skip the garage work and get straight to riding. If you'd rather install your own, swap in one of these proven designs:

Standard-Duty: Chromoly steel with zinc plating—OEM quality without the OEM cost.

Heavy-Duty: 4340 VAR steel that handles extreme use. Includes grease zerks and adjustable design. Lab testing shows it handles twice the load of factory joints.

Super-Duty 300M: The toughest steel we can use, combined with adjustable steel-on-steel construction. Greaseable and 2.25 times stronger than stock.

Keller: Two-piece design threads onto your arms like a bolt. Greaseable and rebuildable, with chromoly studs and advanced tool-steel bodies—built for heavy machines and big tires.
