Built With Real Riders in Mind
SuperATV tested these doors and found some problems with standard designs right away. The latches on typical doors sit at knee height, which means your legs get bumped constantly. We moved the latches and handles up higher so they're out of the way. The door height itself was dialed in too—tall enough to make you feel secure and protected, but not so tall that your elbows are getting clipped every time you shift around in your seat.
Tough Enough for Hard Use
The door panels and 1-1/4" tubed frame are both powder-coated aluminum. Aluminum gives you the best of both worlds: it's seriously strong but stays lightweight, so you're not bogging down your machine. That means less weight to carry around but still enough durability to handle years of rocks, branches, and rough terrain without denting or breaking down. Installation is straightforward too—most people have these doors bolted on in about an hour with basic hand tools.
