Polaris Ranger XP 900 High Clearance 1.5" Forward Offset A-Arms

If you're tired of picking your way around every rut and rock because your Ranger sits too low, these forward offset A-arms are what you need. SuperATV's Polaris Ranger XP 900 High Clearance 1.5 Forward Offset A-Arms do two things at once: they let you fit 28.5 tires without buying a lift kit, and they gain you 1.5 inches of ground clearance so you can actually drive over rough terrain instead of around it.

What You're Getting

The magic is in the bend. The high-clearance design lifts the arms up and out, which means your tires clear the body and your frame clears the ground better. The tubing is 1.25 inches in diameter with .138-inch walls—that's 25% thicker than what came stock, so you're running something that can take real abuse without bending.

Both front A-arms come with adjustable pivot blocks built in. They arrive set to factory specs, but if you add heavier gear or decide to lift the machine down the road, you can dial in the camber to keep tire wear even.

Ball Joint Options

You've got four choices here, and SuperATV will pre-assemble any of them onto your A-arms for free—just add them to your order and we handle it in the shop.

• Super Duty 300M: 300M steel with grease zerk and adjustable steel-on-steel pivot. About 2.25 times stronger than stock.
• Keller: Two-piece design with chromoly stud and tool-steel body. Threads on like a bolt, rebuildable, greaseable.
• Heavy Duty: Hardened 4340 VAR steel with zinc plating, grease zerk, can handle double the load of an OEM joint.
• Standard Duty: Chromoly steel studs and housings, zinc plated. Matches or beats stock strength at a better price.

Note: If you don't buy new ball joints, you'll need to reuse your stock ones.

Important: 2016 Polaris Ranger XP 900 High Lifter Edition models use different stock axles and tie rods that won't work with this kit. You'll need standard Ranger 900 length axles and tie rods. Compatible options include Rhino 2.0 Brand Axle, Rhino Brand Axle, ADR Brand Axle, and a heavy-duty tie rod kit—all sold separately.
