Two material options depending on how you use your machine:
- All-Aluminum Setup: Everything is 3/16" 5052-H32 aircraft-grade aluminum. Tough, solid, and ready to take serious hits on the job or the trail.
- Aluminum + UHMW Frame Skids: The frame skids are 1/2" UHMW (ultra high molecular weight plastic)—super thick and slides over rocks and logs without catching. The rest stays aluminum. UHMW is built to handle abrasion better than metal in this spot.

Black Powder Coat Options
Want black instead of bare metal? We have two powder coat coverage levels, and adding it will push your order out an extra week or two.
- Partial Coverage: Front bash plate, A-arm guards, and rock sliders in black—$130 extra. The parts people see. Good option if you're going UHMW frame skids and want those aluminum pieces blacked out.
- Full Coverage: Everything gets black powder coat, including frame skids—$200 extra. Only works with the all-aluminum build since UHMW doesn't take powder coat.
