Your Polaris Ranger XP Kinetic's steering rack takes a beating no matter how you ride. Over time, the factory unit gets sloppy, and your steering feel goes downhill fast. The RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion fixes that problem with a design built to last way longer than what came from the factory.

What You're Getting

This isn't just a replacement—it's a complete rebuild with real upgrades. Inside, you'll find dual PTFE bushings that cut wear down by more than 50% compared to stock. That means your steering stays tight and responsive, trip after trip. The rack itself is greaseable, so you can keep it clean and running smooth. You also get a steering stop kit, misalignment bushings, tie rod studs, and all the hardware you need to bolt it on.

Pick Your Tie Rod Style

Three different tie rod options come with this rack, and each one handles different riding styles:

Swaged Tube Tie Rods — $399.95
Steel tube construction with a flared design that gives you more strength than a plain 7/8" tube. The inners run 16 mm rack threads and 3/4" rod threads, while the outers are 14 mm. Lightweight and tough for mixed riding.

Solid Steel Tie Rods — $499.95
A full 1" diameter steel rod paired with beefed-up ends. These have 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads. Built for the rough stuff—mud, rocks, and everything between.

Billet Aluminum Hex Tie Rods — $599.95
The strongest and lightest option. Polished 6061 billet aluminum with the same 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads as the steel version. Looks sharp and won't quit.

All three versions include inner boots and come greaseable.
