Polaris RZR 1000 S Cab Heater

Winter riding doesn't have to mean freezing your hands off. This cab heater taps directly into your RZR's coolant system to pull engine heat right into the cabin—works just like the heater in a regular truck. You get warm air flowing where you need it most, controlled with adjustable fan and temperature settings so you're not stuck with one-speed heat.

What You're Getting

The kit comes complete with everything needed to get rolling: radiator hoses, mounting plates made specifically for your RZR, drill bits, defrost vents, and all the wiring you need. Installation uses your existing key-on and power points, so you're not rewiring the whole machine. Two defrost vents route through your dash to keep your windshield clear of snow and fog without looking like a hack job.

How It Works

Mount the heater unit under the dash between the seats where it stays out of your way. The high-grade radiator hoses handle temperatures from -40°F all the way to 285°F, so whether it's brutal cold outside or your engine's running hot, the system handles it.

Quick-start flow valve: When the engine's cold, this valve pushes all coolant straight to your heater core instead of the radiator. Cuts your warm-up time in half, so you're getting heat in seconds rather than minutes. As the engine warms up, it opens automatically to feed the radiator too.

Idle flow pump: Keeps coolant moving fast through the heater even when you're crawling or sitting still. That means hot air from the moment you need it, not after you've been running wide open.
