Polaris RZR 4 800 High Clearance Front A-Arms

Your stock suspension arms are holding you back. When you're tackling rocky terrain, deep ruts, and rough trails, undersized control arms limit how much ground clearance you actually have—and that means picking safer, easier lines instead of pushing harder. Upgrading to high-clearance A-arms gives you the extra space and strength to stop worrying about what's underneath and start focusing on the trail ahead.

These arms start with 1.25" tubing—that's 25% thicker than what came on your Polaris RZR 4 800. SuperATV builds them from heavy-duty steel, then powder coats the whole thing to fight rust and weather damage so they look and work great for years. You get an extra 2" of ground clearance, and with the 1.5" forward offset option, your machine sits more stable and leaves room for bigger rubber.

What You're Getting

The A-arms come with adjustable pivot blocks so you can dial in your camber to match your riding style. Pre-adjusted to stock specs right out of the box, they're ready to bolt on—but you can fine-tune them anytime if you want different settings. A proper camber angle also cuts down on premature tire wear, which means your rubber lasts longer.

When you order, you can add one of three ball joint options and have SuperATV install them free. If you skip that, you'll reuse your stock ball joints.

Ball Joint Options

Super Duty 300M: Built from 300M grade steel with a steel-on-steel design. It's 2.25 times stronger than stock, comes with an easy-access grease zerk, and lets you adjust wear as it develops.

Keller: Two-piece design that threads on like a bolt—virtually impossible to pull apart. Chromoly stud with tool-steel body. Greaseable and rebuildable for long-term maintenance.

Heavy-Duty: Hardened 4340 VAR steel with zinc plating. Lab and field testing shows it handles twice the pressure of an OEM joint. Adjustable design with accessible grease zerks.

Standard-Duty: Hardened chromoly steel with zinc plating—OEM strength at a better price. Matches or beats stock durability.
