This full frame skid plate set starts up front with a bash plate and runs all the way back along the frame rails, so you take the hit on aluminum instead of your rig's structural steel.

The Material
We cut these from 3/16" thick 5052-H32 aircraft aluminum. That's real stuff—it absorbs repeated punishment from rocks and debris without cracking or warping. The thickness keeps your frame safe while staying light enough you won't feel it dragging you down. Everything bolts up square and clean to your Polaris, no shimming around.
Black Powder Coat Option
If you want black instead of bare metal, you can add a powder coat finish for $110. Black is the only color available. Fair warning: the powder coat adds about 1-2 weeks to your shipping time, but it looks sharp and holds up well against the elements.
