Polaris RZR 4 900 2" Forward Offset Boxed A-Arms

Your A-arms are constantly taking punishment on the trail—rocks, roots, mud, whatever you throw at them. Stock arms can buckle under real abuse, which is why boxed A-arms are worth the swap. These Polaris RZR 4 900 arms give you the strength to handle years of hard riding while opening up room for bigger rubber and extra ground clearance without needing a lift.

Built Tough

The difference between boxed and stock comes down to construction. These are made from 1/8" steel plate with internal gussets welded throughout for real rigidity. A UV-resistant powder coat keeps corrosion at bay, and they ship with UHMW bushings already pressed in. That's less work for you out of the box. SuperATV backs them with a lifetime warranty, so you're covered if something goes wrong.

Room for 30-Inch Tires (No Lift Required)

The 2" forward offset does exactly what it sounds like—pushes the wheel out front by 2 inches. That translates to clearance for up to 30-inch tires without breaking out a lift kit. Combine that with the extra 1.5" of ground clearance these arms deliver, and rough terrain feels much less punishing. You'll roll over obstacles smoother and stay off the rocks.

Adjustable Camber Blocks

Once you add weight or suspension work, your camber gets thrown off. Bad camber means poor handling and tire wear. These arms come with adjustable pivot blocks set to factory specs so you can dial camber back in whenever you need to.

Ball Joint Options

You've got four choices here, and we can pre-install whichever you pick for free if you buy them together with the arms. No extra charge—just one less thing to do in your garage.

300M Super Duty: Made from 300M-grade steel with a grease zerk you can actually reach. The steel-on-steel design lets you adjust wear out. It's 2.25 times stronger than OEM.

Keller: Two-piece design with no snap ring. They thread on like a bolt, so they won't pull apart. Chromoly stud and tool-steel body handle big tires and big abuse. Greaseable and rebuildable.

Heavy Duty: Hardened 4340 VAR steel with zinc plating throughout. Accessible grease zerks and adjustable design. Lab testing shows they handle twice the load of stock joints.

Standard Duty: Hardened chromoly studs and housings, zinc plated. Gives you OEM strength or better without OEM pricing.

What You're Getting

One pair of boxed A-arms with preinstalled UHMW bushings and adjustable pivot blocks. If you don't choose a ball joint upgrade, you'll reuse your stock ball joints.
