Description
Your RZR's steering rack takes a beating on the trail. Without proper support, play develops in the system—that loose, wandering feeling that makes steering unpredictable, especially when you're running bigger tires or pushing hard over rough ground. RackBoss 2.0 is a complete rack-and-pinion replacement that fixes this problem with heavy-duty bushings and solid construction that'll keep your steering tight and responsive for years.
How It WorksThe secret is the dual-bushing design. SuperATV built this rack with X24 Tech—that's PTFE bushings mounted at both ends of the rack itself. These bushings kill the internal play that causes slop and keep the tension spring from moving around unnecessarily. Result? Your steering stays sharp and precise even after you've beaten on it with massive tires and gnarly terrain. There's also a grease fitting built right in, so you can keep everything lubricated after muddy or watery runs.
Two Tie Rod ChoicesYou get two options depending on what you want. The solid steel bar setup uses 1" diameter steel bars paired with 3/4" outer heim joints and rebuildable inner tie rods (3/4" rod threads, 16 mm rack threads). This is the beefier, more traditional choice for maximum strength.
The swaged tube option is lighter but still incredibly strong. It starts as 7/8" tubing that flares out at the ends to add rigidity. The thread sizes here are 14 mm rod threads and 16 mm rack threads. Both kits come with inner boots, a steering stop kit, misalignment bushings, tie rod studs, and all the hardware you need to bolt it together.
