The four-seat Polaris RZR XP 4 900 and RZR 4 900 sit low and stretch out over a lot of ground, which means your frame, suspension bits, and rockers are constantly exposed to rocks, stumps, and sharp ledges on the trail. One bad line shouldn't mean a trip to the shop — that's where this complete protection kit comes in. It covers your frame from front to back, guards both A-arms, protects the trailing arms and linkage, and adds rock sliders to shield the sides. Take a hit, walk away with a small scrape instead of a repair bill.

Tough As They Come
Everything here is stamped from 3/16" 5052-H32 aircraft-grade aluminum. That's the same material they use in airplanes — it shrugs off repeated rock strikes and stays put. You get a fit that matches the factory, built specifically for the 2012-2014 four-seat RZR models with the 107.4" wheelbase.
Fits These Machines
This kit is engineered for the Polaris RZR XP 4 900 (2012-2013) and RZR 4 900 EPS (2014). It won't work on the two-seat XP 900, and it's not compatible with the 2015-2018 RZR 4 900 or S4 900.
Add Some Color (Optional)
The base kit ships as-is, but if you want to add a black powder coat finish, you've got two choices:
- Partial coverage: front bash plate, A-arm guards, trailing arms, and rock sliders get coated — add $175 to your order
- Full coverage: everything gets the black powder coat treatment, including all frame skids — add $250 to your order
If you pick the powder coat option, plan on an extra 1-2 weeks before it ships out.
