SuperATV's Rhino 2.0 Axles are nearly twice as tough—built from 4340 chromoly steel end-to-end so you can push hard without backing off the throttle. The bigger shafts, beefier CV joints, and smart heat treatment mean these things can handle what stock simply can't.

Why These Hold Up

The secret's in the materials and how they're put together. We took the weak points in the factory axle and rebuilt them stronger. The shaft itself is 4 mm thicker, the CV joints are oversized, and the whole thing gets a proprietary heat treatment that keeps it tough under stress. The CV boots resist punctures too, so trail debris won't wreck your joints at bad angles.
