Polaris RZR 800 1.5-3" Lift Kit

Want more ground clearance under your RZR 800? This lift kit gives you the breathing room you need to push over terrain that used to slow you down. With adjustable lift ranging from 1.5 to 3 inches, you'll clear rocks, logs, and ruts with room to spare—plus you can fit up to 28-inch tires when you're ready.

How Much Lift You Get

The kit lifts your machine by adjusting your shock mounts into a more upright angle instead of stacking spacers. This approach means less impact on how your RZR rides and feels compared to other methods. You get between 1.5 and 3 inches depending on how you set it up, giving you real underbody protection from scrapes and bumps on rough trails.

What's Included

You're getting solid steel hardware here—three 1/4-inch steel brackets (one for the front, two for the rear) that won't bend or flex even on brutal rides. The kit also comes with extended sway bar links so everything works together without binding or causing steering issues.

Build and Install

Fitment Notes:

• 2012-2014 models will need the front sway bar disconnected during installation
• If you own a 2011 or newer, we recommend pairing this with aftermarket Rhino Brand rear axles to avoid excess wear
• Not compatible with dual exhaust systems or Walker Evans shocks
