Polaris RZR 800 Heavy-Duty Prop Shaft—Rhino Driveline

Your Polaris RZR 800's driveline takes a beating on the trail. Stock prop shafts can flex, wear out, and leave you stranded. A solid aftermarket shaft with quality U-joints keeps power flowing smoothly to the wheels, no matter what terrain you're crossing.

This is a complete driveline prop shaft assembly built by SuperATV with heavy-duty U-Series U-joints already installed and ready to bolt on. No assembly required—just swap out your worn OEM shaft and go.

The tube itself measures 1.75" in diameter with .120" thick walls—noticeably beefier than what Polaris bolted on at the factory. It's made from chromoly steel alloy instead of the softer carbon steel in your original shaft. That means it can handle rock crawling, water crossings, and rough terrain without bending or breaking.

The U-Series U-joints use the same needle bearing design as OEM joints but swap in a stronger 4340 chromoly steel construction. They spin smoothly and last longer under the kind of abuse trail riding throws at them.
