If your RZR 800's steering feels loose or worn out, you know how it kills your control on the trail. A tired rack makes everything sloppy—especially when you're pushing bigger tires over rough ground. The RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion is built to fix that and keep your steering tight and responsive for years.

SuperATV completely redesigned this steering component with a dual-bushing system that cuts wear down by more than half compared to what came stock. The result is a rack that stays solid through whatever you throw at it, whether you're running aggressive rubber or tackling gnarly terrain.

How It Stays Tight Year After Year

The secret is the X24 dual-bushing design. Both ends of the rack use tough PTFE bushings that eliminate play in your gears. Less play means less movement on the internal tension spring, which means less stress and wear overall. It's a simple idea that makes a huge difference in how long this thing lasts compared to stock racks.

You also get a built-in grease fitting, so you can actually keep it maintained without wrestling with sealed components.

Two Tie Rod Options

Swaged Tube Version: Uses 7/8" diameter steel tubing that flares out at the ends for extra strength while keeping weight down. Pairs with 16 mm rack threads and 14 mm rod threads on tough tie rod ends.

Solid Steel Bar Version: Upgrades to a full 1" solid steel bar with beefier 3/4" rod threads on rebuildable heim joint tie rod ends and 16 mm rack threads on the inner ball and sockets. This one's your pick if you want maximum muscle for big tires or rough impacts.

Both versions come with inner boots, a steering stop kit, misalignment bushings, tie rod studs, and all the hardware you need to bolt it in.
