Full Frame Skid Plate Set with Front Bash Plate for Polaris RZR 800 (2008-2014)
Your RZR 800's undercarriage is exposed on the trail. Rocks, stumps, and ledges will find the frame and engine area fast, and without protection you're looking at dents, damage, and a ruined day. This full frame skid plate set covers you from front to back, taking the hits so your frame doesn't have to.

Pick Your Setup
Pure Aluminum (3/16" 5052-H32): All pieces are aircraft-grade aluminum. It's strong, stays rigid under stress, and handles hard impacts without folding.
Aluminum + UHMW Combo: The frame skids get beefed up with a 1/4" UHMW layer bonded on top of the 3/16" aluminum. This gives you extra shock absorption and a slippery surface that lets rocks slide underneath instead of catching. Only the frame skids get this treatment ā the bash plate stays straight aluminum.

Black Powder Coat Option
Want black instead of bare metal? Add a black powder coat finish to the bash plate and frame skids for $100 extra. Black is the only color available. If you go this route, tack on 1-2 weeks to your ship date.
