Polaris RZR 900 Cab Heater

Winter riding doesn't have to mean freezing hands and foggy windows. This cab heater taps directly into your RZR's engine coolant system to deliver warm air right where you need it—just like the heater in a regular car. Mount it under the dash between the seats where it stays out of sight and out of the way for both driver and passenger.

What You Get

The kit includes everything needed for a straightforward install: hoses, drill bits, and mounting plates made specifically for your RZR model. Wiring hooks into your existing key-on and power terminals, so you don't need to run new electrical from scratch. Two defrost vents and their hoses are included as well—route them through your dash and they'll look factory-installed while keeping snow, ice, and fog off your windshield.

How It Works

An idle-flow pump keeps coolant circulating through the system even when you're running slow or parked, so you get hot air blowing in about 30 seconds instead of waiting around. Once it's warm, you control both the fan speed and temperature with simple adjustments. Whether it's subzero outside or your engine is running hot, the high-grade radiator hoses handle the full range from -40°F to 285°F without complaint.
