Polaris RZR 900 Flip Down Glass Windshield

Rocks, dust, and flying debris can wreck a windshield fast—especially on a flip-down unit that's exposed every time you lower it. This glass windshield for your Polaris RZR 900 gives you the flexibility to run it up for full protection or drop it down when you want wind and visibility. The trick is building it strong enough to handle both positions without cracking.

The frame here is steel, not plastic or aluminum. Why? Because when you flip this windshield down across the hood, a flimsy frame flexes under vibration and stress—and that flexing cracks the glass. Steel stays rigid. SuperATV wraps the whole thing in a powder coat to lock out rust and corrosion, so it'll look good and work hard for years.

The windshield sits in rubber bumpers and is strapped down with heavy-duty rubber bands that soak up the shock from rough terrain. There's also a seal running around the glass itself that keeps water out and adds a cushion if something hits it. All of this adds up to real protection when you're bouncing over washboard and rocks.

You get a manual wiper to keep your sight line clean in wet conditions. The BreezeRite vent is injection-molded right in, so you can crack it open for a little air without opening the whole windshield. There's a second wiper location too, so you can add another blade or flip the one you've got to a different spot depending on how you ride.

The glass comes already set into the steel frame when it arrives—no assembly hassle. You just bolt it on and you're done.
