Polaris RZR 900 High-Clearance Lower A-Arms

When you're pushing your Polaris RZR 900 hard on technical terrain, your stock A-arms are working overtime. They're undersized and don't give you much room to maneuver through rocks, logs, and deep ruts without getting hung up or bottoming out. That's where tougher A-arms make all the difference. SuperATV's High-Clearance Lower A-Arms are built from heavier steel tubing with a bent design that gives you real working clearance where you need it most.

More Ground Clearance, More Freedom

The bent geometry adds an extra 1.5" of clearance between your A-arms and whatever's on the trail below. That 1.5" sounds small until you're threading through a boulder field or navigating a nasty wash. You'll clear more obstacles, stay off the ground longer, and keep moving when you would've gotten stuck before.

Built to Last

These are made from 1.25" heavy-duty steel tubing and powder coated for rust protection and durability. The tubular design looks sharp too—clean lines that give your RZR a more purposeful stance. They come ready to go with high-quality UHMW bushings included. These bushings don't need much maintenance; they're self-lubricating and actually get smoother the more you use them. No squeaking, no fuss.

What's Included & Installation

You've got options here. You can reuse your existing ball joints, or pick a new set to have us install for free. That saves you time in the garage and gets you back on the trail faster.

Standard Duty Ball Joints: Chromoly steel studs and housings, zinc plated. Built to OEM specs but without the OEM price tag—same strength, better value.

Heavy Duty Ball Joints: Hardened 4340 VAR steel with zinc plating. Grease zerks are easy to reach, and the design is adjustable. Testing shows these handle double the load of factory joints.

Super Duty 300M Ball Joints: Top-tier 300M grade steel with a steel-on-steel design. Adjustable, greaseable, and 2.25x stronger than stock—the strongest option available.

Keller Ball Joints: Two-piece design that threads on like a bolt, so they won't pull out. Chromoly stud and advanced tool-steel body. Greaseable and rebuildable for long-term maintenance.
