Polaris RZR 900 High-Clearance Lower A-Arms

When you're pushing hard on the trail, your A-arms take a beating. Stock arms are thin, and they're prone to bending or breaking when you hit rocks, logs, or rough terrain—leaving you stranded. These lower A-arms give you the strength and clearance to keep moving.

Why You Need Them

Built from 1.25" heavy-duty steel tubing, these arms are noticeably thicker than what Polaris puts on from the factory. The bent design adds an extra 1.5" of ground clearance, which means you'll clear obstacles without bottoming out or getting hung up. That extra space lets you tackle gnarlier terrain and keep rolling through spots that would stop a stock setup cold.

What You Get

The set includes high-quality UHMW bushings—no charge, no hassle. These bushings are tough as nails, almost frictionless, and self-lubricating, so they get smoother the longer you ride. The tubed design also cleans up the look of your RZR compared to bulky factory parts.

You've got four ball joint options depending on how hard you ride. Standard duty gives you OEM-level strength with zinc-plated chromoly steel. Heavy duty uses hardened 4340 VAR steel and can handle double the load of stock joints. Super duty 300M is made from the toughest material available and sits at 2.25 times stronger than factory. Keller ball joints feature a two-piece greaseable design that threads on like a nut and bolt, making them nearly impossible to pull out.
