Polaris RZR 900 RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion

Your RZR's steering rack takes a beating on the trail. After enough hard riding, stock racks develop play, get sloppy, and make turning feel unpredictable. RackBoss 2.0 is built to handle years of abuse without losing its tight feel. It uses X24 Tech—a dual-bushing system that cuts wear in half compared to what you get from the factory. If you want a rack that actually stays responsive mile after mile, this is it.

Dual Bushings Keep Things Tight

The X24 Tech design uses heavy-duty PTFE bushings at both ends of the rack to eliminate internal play. Less movement inside means the tension spring stays where it should be, so your steering stays crisp even after pounding through mud, water, and rock. A grease fitting on top lets you pump fresh grease in after nasty conditions to keep everything moving smoothly.

Two Tie Rod Options

You get two choices depending on your setup. The swaged tube tie rods use 7/8-inch diameter steel that's flared and swaged for added strength. They pair 16 mm rack threads with 14 mm rod threads and upgraded tie rod ends. The solid steel tie rods go bigger—1-inch solid bars paired with 3/4-inch heim joint outer ends and 3/4-inch rod threads at 16 mm rack threads. Both come with rebuildable inner tie rod ends, protective inner boots, steering stop hardware, misalignment bushings, and studs.
