Polaris RZR 900 To RZR 900 S Conversion Kit With 3” Lift Kit

Want more ground clearance, wider stance, and better handling all at once? This conversion and lift package transforms your RZR 900 into an S 900 setup with a 3-inch lift. You'll get 14 inches of total clearance underneath and enough room to fit up to 32-inch tires. The wider 10-inch suspension geometry (60 inches total) paired with offset A-arms front and rear gives you a machine that corners better and tackles rougher terrain with confidence.

What You're Getting

The kit includes just about everything needed for a complete suspension rebuild — A-arms, tie rods, axles, sway bar, and bushings. Four Rhino Brand Axles come standard, so you're not sourcing parts from three different places. Installation is straightforward without needing to track down ball joints separately.

About Those Axles

SuperATV builds Rhino Brand Axles from heavy-duty 4340 chromoly steel, which means they handle the stress of articulation and rough ground without wearing out as fast as stock units. The CV joints are tuned to skip the break-in period and let you flex harder without overheating. They'll take you through mud, sand, rocks, and whatever else you throw at them.

Rhino 2.0 Option

Want to go heavier? Rhino 2.0 is twice as strong as stock and won't overheat even at suspension angles over 40 degrees. They're precision-built with no break-in needed and come backed by an 18-month warranty.

Color Note

Voodoo Blue and Velocity Blue do not match Sky Blue — keep that in mind if you're going for a specific look.
