Polaris RZR 900 To RZR S 900 Suspension Conversion Kit - High Clearance - 1.5 Offset

Your Polaris RZR 900 doesn't have to stay stock. This suspension conversion kit swaps in the wider, taller geometry of the RZR S 900, giving you 10 inches of extra width at the suspension and 1.5 inches more clearance between the frame and ground. That means you can handle rougher terrain, run bigger tires, and keep better control when things get gnarly on the trail.

What You're Getting

The kit arrives fully assembled and ready to bolt on. Inside you'll find a complete suspension package: front and rear A-arms built for the wider stance, a new sway bar, tie rods, and four Rhino brand axles. You won't need to source parts piecemeal — it's all here except ball joints and A-arm bushings, which you'll reuse from your machine or grab separately.

With this setup, you're looking at 11 inches of ground clearance and 10 inches of wheel travel. That extra 3-inch wheelbase opens up room for larger rubber and keeps the machine planted when you're pushing hard. Everything bolts in without custom fabrication.

Rhino Axles Included

These axles are built from 4340 chromoly steel — the same material used in heavy-duty applications. SuperATV designs the CV joints to get rolling right away with no break-in nonsense, and they handle sharp angles without complaint. Mud, sand, rocks — they're built to take the punishment.

Upgrade Option: Rhino 2.0 Axles

If you want to step up, swap the standard Rhino axles for the 2.0 version. These run 4340 chromoly throughout and handle suspension angles over 40 degrees without overheating. They're twice as tough as stock and come with an 18-month warranty. No break-in period needed — they're precision-made and good to go straight away.

Adding a 3-Inch Lift

Want even more ground clearance? You can buy this conversion kit together with a 3-inch lift kit. Stacked together, you'll hit 14 inches of clearance and can fit tires up to 32 inches tall. It's a way to get the RZR S suspension and extra height without the RZR S price tag.

Fitment Details

• Polaris RZR 900: 2016–2020

Important: Confirm your A-arm width before ordering — see the photo under details to measure. The stock front sway bar comes off and won't be reused. Ball joints are not included in the kit. You'll need to either keep your existing sway bar links from Polaris or buy new ones. Some 2016–2020 models require Polaris bolts (part number 7519306) to mount the rear sway bar.

Note: Voodoo Blue and Velocity Blue do not match Sky Blue if you're ordering multiple colored parts.
