Front & Rear A-Arm & CV Boot Guards for Polaris RZR 900 Trail, Premium and Ultimate (2015-2025)
Run the tight, rocky stuff in a RZR 900 Trail, Premium, or Ultimate and your A-arms and CV boots sit right at stump and rock height. One bent A-arm or a ripped CV boot can wreck your day and your wallet. These guards bolt on front and rear to shield your suspension and axles so you can keep pushing without second-guessing what's underneath.
Will These Fit Your RZR?
These are made for the 50-inch wide Polaris RZR 900 with a 79-inch wheelbase. That covers the RZR 900 and RZR 900 EPS Trail (2015–2019), the RZR Trail 900 and Trail 900 Premium (2020), and the RZR Trail Sport, Premium, and Ultimate (2021 and newer). They don't work on the wider 60-inch RZR S 900 or RZR Trail S 900.

Material & Build
Each guard is stamped from 3/16-inch 5052-H32 aircraft aluminum—the kind of material that stands up to repeated rocks and junk without adding bulk. They're shaped to fit the RZR 900 Trail, Premium, and Ultimate the way the factory intended, so installation and fitment are straightforward.
Color Options
The guards come ready to bolt on as-is. If you want them in black powder coat to match your machine, add $50 to your order—black is the only powder coat color we offer. Fair warning: if you choose powder coat, tack on 1–2 extra weeks for shipping while it gets done.
