Your RZR 900 Trail, Premium, or Ultimate runs narrow—50 inches wide—which means the frame and engine sit right where rocks, stumps, and ledges want to hit them. A solid skid plate set stops those impacts from turning into bent frame rails and busted engine cases that kill your day on the trail.
What This Fits
This full frame skid set is made for the 50-inch Polaris RZR 900 Trail, Premium, and Ultimate. That covers the RZR 900 (2015–2019, including EPS Trail models), RZR Trail 900 and Trail 900 Premium (2020), and RZR Trail Sport, Premium, and Ultimate (2021–2024). It won't work on the wider 60-inch RZR S 900 or RZR Trail S 900.

Pick Your Material
3/16" 5052-H32 Aircraft Grade Aluminum — The base setup. Every piece is solid aluminum. Tough enough to take hard hits and keep your undercarriage safe.
Aluminum with 1/4" UHMW on Frame Skids — The frame skids get beefed up with a 1/4" UHMW plastic layer bolted to 3/16" aluminum. This combo absorbs impacts better and slides over rocks instead of hanging up on them. Your front bash plate stays straight aluminum.
Aluminum with 1/2" UHMW Frame Skids — Go thick. The frame skids are built from 1/2" UHMW plastic—self-lubricating stuff that glides over rocks and ledges without catching. Bash plate is still 3/16" aircraft grade aluminum.

Black Powder Coat Option
Want to ditch the bare metal look? You can add a black powder coat finish to your bash plate and frame skids for an extra $125. Black is the only color available.
Just so you know: powder coating only works with the aluminum kits (UHMW can't be coated). If you go with the black finish, tack on 1–2 extra weeks for shipping.
