You've got three options here, depending on how much abuse you're throwing at it:
- 3/16" Aluminum — solid, lightweight protection
- 3/16" Aluminum with 1/4" UHMW Overlay — aluminum base with a tougher plastic layer on top for extra sliding resistance
- 1/2" UHMW — pure ultra-high molecular weight plastic, maximum durability
Powder Coat Color Option
Want your skids to match your rig? Add a black powder coat finish to your bash plate and frame skids for an extra $125. Keep in mind—if you go this route, tack on another 1–2 weeks to your delivery time while we get them coated.
