Polaris RZR PRO XP 3" Long Travel Kit—Chromoly Tubed

This long travel suspension kit transforms your Polaris RZR PRO XP by adding 3 inches of width to each side—giving you 6 inches wider overall. More width means better stability on rough terrain and tighter handling through the rocks. The whole setup is a ground-up suspension rebuild using chromoly-tubed parts, beefed-up arms, and Rhino 2.0 axles that give you serious durability where it counts.

Built To Take A Beating

Every component here is made tough. You're getting chromoly A-arms with internal reinforcement gussets, plus chromoly ball joint housings welded solid with TIG seams. The A-arms are high-clearance design with adjustable chromoly pivot blocks (come set to stock specs out of the box). The radius arms are billet aluminum with massive 3/4-inch heim joints, and the trailing arms are 1/8-inch thick heavy-duty steel. All arms come with a lifetime warranty.

Axles And Tie Rods That Don't Quit

The kit includes four Rhino 2.0 Axles—these have bigger shafts and all-chromoly steel construction that's twice as strong as stock. They've been through lab testing and field abuse, with a proprietary heat treatment that sets them apart. You also get a billet aluminum 6061-T6 tie rod kit with a polished hex design that looks sharp and handles the work.

Important: This kit does NOT work with Dynamix shocks. You need Walker Evans or Fox shocks for this to bolt up right. The kit uses your stock ball joints, bushings, and sleeves.
