Polaris RZR PRO XP Flip Windshield

Your Polaris PRO XP faces all kinds of weather and trail conditions, and you shouldn't have to sit out the fun because of rain, sun, or wind. A flip windshield lets you switch things up on the fly—go full coverage when it's nasty, crack it halfway for airflow, or vent it completely when you want wind in your face. All without stopping. You control it straight from your seat.

What You're Getting

This windshield ships mostly assembled, so setup is straightforward. Inside the box you'll find foam gaskets and a bulb seal that keep everything tight and noise-free. The hardware includes sturdy gas struts that hold your chosen position solid, plus a latch that won't let you down. Mount it and go—no fiddling required.

The Material and Coating

SuperATV builds this from polycarbonate, which is roughly 250 times tougher than standard glass. That matters when you're dodging branches, eating trail dust, or taking hits from flying rocks. On top of that durability sits SuperATV's XR Optic hard coating on both sides. This coating resists scratches way better than ordinary windshield plastics, keeps UV rays from yellowing or fading the material, and washes clean without streaking up when you're plowing through brush or mud.

Flip vs. MaxDrive Power Flip

You get two choices here. The standard flip windshield operates by hand—open, vent, or close it however you like with no wiring involved. It's simple and proven to work. The downside is it can be trickier to adjust when you're moving fast or on steep ground. The MaxDrive Power Flip does it with an electric switch from inside your cab, giving you smooth, precise control at any speed or angle. The tradeoff is a bit more weight, wiring to deal with, and extra cost.

Important notes: This windshield won't work with Tusk aluminum roofs. If you're running OEM Polaris roofs (part numbers 2884086-458 or 2883961-458), you may need shorter bolts for the front mount. It plays well with most other soft or hard tops on the market.
