Polaris RZR PRO XP Heavy-Duty Nerf Bars

Getting in and out of your RZR PRO XP shouldn't require a ladder. These heavy-duty nerf bars bolt to the frame and give you a solid step for climbing aboard. They also shield your machine from rocks, logs, and whatever else you drag across on the trail. Built from 1.75" steel tubing that's hand-welded for strength, these bars take the hits so your rig doesn't have to.

We start with thick-walled steel tubing and weld every joint by hand. That means no weak spots and no shortcuts. The whole setup is designed to absorb punishment from rough terrain and obstacles without denting or cracking. This isn't light-duty stuff—it's built for guys who actually use their machines hard.

The lower bar sits right where you need it to step up into the cab. If you've added lift to your RZR PRO XP, that low step makes a real difference. The overall shape lets you clear boulders and fallen timber without catching and bending the bars. Plus, it just looks right on your machine—aggressive without being overdone.

The bars come as a complete bolt-on kit ready to install. If you want easier entry, you can add optional steps that clamp directly onto the bars, sold separately.
