How It Works Better

The secret is SuperATV's X24 Tech—a dual-bushing setup that cuts internal wear down by more than half compared to stock. Heavy-duty PTFE bushings sit at each end of the rack, killing the slop that develops in factory units. A built-in grease fitting means you can keep things lubricated and responsive for years. You can run aggressive tire sizes and push harder without losing that crisp steering feel.

Pick Your Tie Rod Style

You get three choices, each built around the same solid X24 Tech core but tuned for different riding styles.

Swaged Tube Tie Rods: These are the baseline option—lightweight steel tubes that flare out at the ends for added stiffness. They use 14 mm rod threads on the inner end and 16 mm on the rack side, paired with tough tie rod ends.

Solid Steel Bar Tie Rods: If you want maximum beef, go here. Solid 1" steel bars paired with bigger 3/4" outer heim joint ends and rebuildable inner tie rods (3/4" rod threads, 16 mm rack threads). Built for hard impacts and oversized rubber.

Polished Billet Aluminum Rods: The premium look-and-feel option. Machined from 6061 billet aluminum with a polished finish, they're surprisingly strong for their weight. Oversized tie rod ends match—3/4" rod threads, 16 mm rack threads.

All three configurations come with inner boots, a steering stop kit, misalignment bushings, tie rod studs, and full hardware. Every kit is greasable.
