Polaris RZR RS1 Billet Aluminum Radius Arms

Your Polaris RZR RS1's rear suspension handles a lot of abuse on the trail — rocks, roots, and rough terrain all take their toll. Stock radius arms are thin and can't take the kind of punishment serious riders dish out. That's where these billet aluminum radius arms come in. They're built tough enough to handle aggressive riding without letting you down when you need them most.

The difference starts with the material. These aren't hollow tubes — they're solid 7075 billet aluminum bars running 32mm across, nearly twice as thick as the factory arms that come on your machine. The hex-shaped design adds even more stiffness to the whole rear suspension setup, and that translates to better handling over broken terrain.

What Makes Them Last

The heims are adjustable without tools thanks to the flat sides on the hex profile — you can dial in your suspension geometry right at the trailhead. But the real durability comes from what's inside. Steel helical inserts are built into the threaded sections, so the heims can't strip or pull out the threads no matter how hard you push. The harder your suspension works, the stronger these inserts perform.
