Polaris RZR S 900 2" Forward Offset Boxed A-Arms

Stock A-arms limit what your RZR can handle on the trail. They hang up on rocks and roots, restrict tire clearance, and bend or break when you push hard. These boxed A-arms solve that problem—they give you the strength to take abuse and the clearance to fit bigger rubber without a lift kit.

Built Tough to Last

The secret is the construction. Thick 1/8" steel plating forms the box, and internal gussets reinforce it from the inside so it won't fold under load. A UV-resistant powder coat keeps rust at bay, and UHMW bushings come already installed so you're ready to bolt them on. You get a lifetime warranty backing them up, so if something goes wrong, we'll make it right.

2" Offset Makes Room for 30" Tires

The 2" offset geometry does two things at once. It keeps your rig stable in corners and over rough ground, and it clears enough room to run 30" tires without a suspension lift. Pair that with the 1.5" ground clearance built into the design, and you can plow through obstacles that would hang up a stock machine.

Adjustable Camber Blocks (If You Need Them)

When you add a lift or stack on accessories, camber adjustment keeps tire wear even and predictable. These A-arms have adjustable pivot blocks to dial that in. If your RZR is still stock, you don't need to touch them—they work as-is right out of the box.

Ball Joint Options

You get four choices here. Our 300M Super Duty joints use aircraft-grade steel and are 2.25x stronger than stock. Keller Ball Joints have a two-piece snap-ring-free design that threads on like a bolt—nearly impossible to pull apart. Heavy Duty joints use hardened 4340 VAR steel and withstand double the pressure of OEM units. Standard Duty joints give you chromoly steel at stock strength but for less money. All are greaseable and rebuildable so you can service them yourself.
