Your RZR S 900 sits wide with that 60-inch stance, and when you're picking your way through rocky terrain and ledges, your frame, A-arms, and the sides of the machine take hits from all directions. This full skid plate and rock slider set wraps your undercarriage in protection from end to end—so when you catch a rock or stump, you walk away with a scratch instead of a bent frame or busted A-arm.

Pick Your Material Setup
You've got three solid options here, depending on how hard you ride and what kind of protection you want.
- 3/16" Aircraft Aluminum (5052-H32): All pieces are the same aircraft-grade aluminum. Stiff, strong, and handles serious impacts without bending.
- Aluminum with 1/4" UHMW on Frame Skids Only: Frame skids get a plastic layer added for extra cushion and a slippery surface that slides over rocks instead of catching them. Everything else stays aluminum.
- Aluminum with 1/2" UHMW Frame Skids: Go heavy on the frame protection with thick 1/2" ultra high molecular weight plastic where you need it most. The plastic resists scratches and lets your skids glide over rough terrain. A-arms and other pieces are still 3/16" aluminum.

Black Powder Coat Options
If you want everything black instead of shiny metal, we can powder coat your set. Just keep in mind that adds 1-2 weeks to how long it takes us to ship.
- Partial (Visible Pieces): A-arm guards and rock sliders only, $110 extra. Good move if you're running UHMW and want the aluminum parts to match in black.
- Full Coverage: Front bash plate, A-arm guards, rock sliders, and frame skids all in black, $200 extra.
Note: UHMW plastic doesn't take powder coat, so those pieces stay as-is. Powder coating only applies to the aluminum components.
