Polaris RZR Trail 900 7-10" Lift Kit

Your Polaris RZR Trail 900 deserves more room to work. This 7–10" lift kit gets you the clearance you need to clear bigger obstacles, fit those monster tires, and tackle rough terrain without worrying about what's underneath. It's built from the ground up to handle real riding—not just look good in a garage.

Pick Your Lift Height

The lift brackets come with three mounting holes, so you can dial in exactly how high you want to go. Choose 7", 8", 9", or 10"—whatever works best for your setup and your trail plans.

Built Tough, Built to Turn

Most lift kits either feel right or look right. This one does both. The A-arms are made from 1-1/4" chromoly steel tubing—75% thicker than what came on your RZR—with extra cross bracing for strength where it counts. Tie rods are 7/8" solid chromoly, and the lift brackets are heavy-duty 4.5 mm steel. All this adds up to a setup that handles like it should, keeps your turning radius normal, and doesn't sacrifice the smooth suspension feel you're used to.

Axle Options

You've got two choices here. The Rhino 2.0 axles are built end-to-end with chromoly and treated with a proprietary heat process—100% stronger than stock and backed by an 18-month warranty. If you want something even tougher, the X300 axles use 300M alloy steel with SuperATV's Flexshaft technology and carry a lifetime warranty.

Shock Setup

Your OEM shocks will work fine with this kit. If you want to step it up, you can add Phantom Pro Sport Series Shocks—choose between remote reservoir or piggyback style. Both give you compression and fully adjustable rebound settings.
