Polaris RZR Trail 900 7-10" Lift Kit

Running a Polaris RZR Trail 900 and want more space between your machine and the ground? This 7-10 inch lift kit gets you there. Whether you're dealing with rougher terrain, bigger rocks, or just want room for larger tires, a proper lift opens up what your RZR can handle. You'll get solid ground clearance without losing the smooth ride or tight steering feel that make the Trail 900 a blast to drive.

What You Get

The kit comes loaded with everything needed for installation. You're looking at a full set of chromoly steel A-arms (front and rear), a front lift bracket, two shock brackets, four axles—you pick between X300 or Rhino 2.0—UHMW bushings, a beefier tie rod kit, extended brake lines that work with the added height, sway bar assembly with links, and all the bolts and instructions. If you want to step up from your stock shocks, you can add Phantom Pro Sport Series shocks at checkout—either remote reservoir or piggyback style.

The Steel and Construction

The A-arms are built from 1-1/4 inch chromoly tubing and are 75% thicker than what came on the RZR from the factory. They've got extra cross bracing for real strength. Tie rods use 7/8 inch solid chromoly bar, and the lift brackets themselves are heavy-duty 4.5 mm steel. All of this means the kit actually works with your suspension geometry instead of fighting it—you keep your turning radius tight and your ride stays comfortable even up high.

Adjustable Lift Height

The front lift brackets have three mounting holes, so you can dial in your exact ride height anywhere from 7 to 10 inches. Pick the height that matches your plans and your terrain.

Axle Options

Rhino 2.0: End-to-end chromoly construction with a proprietary heat treatment. These are 100% stronger than stock and come with an 18-month warranty.

X300: Built from 300M alloy steel with Flexshaft™ technology for flex and durability. Lifetime warranty covers these.

Shocks—Stock or Upgrade

Your existing OEM shocks will work fine with this lift. If you want better handling or adjustability, the optional Phantom Pro Sport Series shocks come in two flavors. Piggyback shocks mount the reservoir directly on the shock body and are simpler to fit. Remote reservoir shocks let you tuck the reservoir somewhere more accessible. Both versions have compression and fully adjustable rebound damping.

Important Notes

Ball joints are not included and will need to be purchased separately. This kit is made for Polaris RZR Trail 900 Sport, Premium, and Ultimate models from 2021 onward. It requires OEM or SuperATV shocks and is not compatible with machines equipped with Turf Mode.
