Description
When you're pushing your Polaris RZR Trail 900 over rocks, through ruts, and up steep terrain, your stock A-arms are working overtime. A high-clearance lower A-arm swap gives you the breathing room to clear obstacles that would otherwise hang you up. These heavy-duty arms use a stronger steel tube and a purposeful bend geometry that lifts the chassis higher above the ground, so you spend less time getting stuck and more time actually riding.
What You're Getting
The kit includes a pair of lower A-arms built from 1.25" steel tubing and finished with powder coat for rust protection. You also get UHMW bushings installed at no extra charge—these are self-lubricating plastic pieces that stay smooth and quiet the more you ride them. That extra 1.5" of ground clearance is built in with a dual-bend design that's tougher than the original setup.
Ball joints are sold separately, but you have four options depending on how hard you push:
- Standard Duty: Chromoly steel studs and housings, zinc plated—matches OEM strength at a better price
- Heavy Duty: 4340 VAR steel with grease zerks and adjustable design; roughly double the load capacity of stock
- Super Duty 300M: The stiffest material available; 2.25 times stronger than factory; includes grease zerk and adjustable steel-on-steel construction
- Keller Ball Joints: Two-piece threaded design that won't pull loose; chromoly stud with tool-steel body; greaseable and rebuildable
Assembly Help
If you order ball joints with your A-arms, SuperATV will pre-install them for free. Without that option, you'll need to reuse your stock ball joints.
