Polaris RZR Trail 900 RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion

Your RZR's steering rack takes a beating out there. Year after year of rocks, ruts, and rough terrain wears down the bushings inside, and before long your steering feels loose and sloppy. That's what this rack and pinion assembly is built to fix. It's a direct replacement for your Polaris RZR Trail 900 that uses a dual-bushing setup to cut down on wear and keep your steering tight and responsive, even after hard miles.

How the Dual-Bushing Design Works

The heart of this assembly is the X24 Tech—a pair of heavy-duty PTFE bushings at each end of the rack that reduce play and keep the spring under steady tension. That means you can run aggressive tires on lifts and bash through rough terrain without the steering falling apart. The built-in grease fitting lets you keep it lubricated and running smooth.

Two Tie Rod Choices

Swaged Tube Tie Rods: These are lighter weight but still plenty strong. The flared-out design on the 7/8" tubing gives them extra strength. They come with 14 mm threaded heim joints on the outer end and rebuildable inner ball sockets with 14 mm rod threads and 16 mm rack threads.

Solid Steel Bar Tie Rods: If you want maximum beef, go with the solid 1" steel bars. The outer heim joints are 3/4" and the inner tie rods use 3/4" rod threads with 16 mm rack threads. Built for the hard stuff.
