Polaris RZR Trail 900 Scratch-Resistant Flip Windshield

Want to ride year-round without being at the mercy of the weather? A flip windshield lets you adapt on the fly—close it up when it's cold and rainy, crack it open when you need fresh air, or use the vented position for something in between. This keeps you comfortable whether you're pushing through mud, dust, or whatever conditions you find on the trail.

Built to Withstand Abuse

The polycarbonate material here is seriously tough—we're talking 25 times stronger than acrylic and 250 times stronger than glass. It won't shatter from flying rocks or trail debris, yet it stays lightweight so you're not adding unnecessary weight to your machine. SuperATV's polycarbonate gets treated with XR Optic Hard Coating on both sides, which means it resists scratches and won't yellow or fade even with constant sun exposure.

Installation and Durability

Everything comes preassembled, so you're not spending hours at the workbench. A full-length foam gasket seals it tight against your RZR, and heavy-duty clamps hold everything in place at speed without any rattle. The whole setup is designed to take a beating and keep working season after season.

Flip vs. Full Options

You get two choices here. A flip windshield lets you switch between open, vented, and closed positions depending on conditions and how you're feeling. A full windshield stays put and gives you maximum coverage plus dust control—better for consistent cold weather or if you want set-it-and-forget-it protection. Full windshields also work with wipers and defrosters if your machine has them.
