Polaris RZR Trail S 1000 2" Forward Offset Boxed A-Arms

Stock A-arms are fine for casual rides, but if you're hitting real trails and pushing your Polaris RZR Trail S 1000, you need something built to handle it. These boxed A-arms give you the strength and clearance to tackle obstacles, absorb punishment, and keep moving forward without worry.

The factory arms are designed for light duty. Once you start running bigger tires or tackling rougher terrain, they become a weak point. These controls arms use a boxed steel design with internal reinforcement so they won't bend or crack when you hit rocks, logs, or whatever the trail throws at you. You get an extra 1.5 inches of ground clearance too, which means you'll clear obstacles more easily and ride with more confidence.

The 2-inch offset geometry lets you run tires up to 30 inches without adding a lift kit. That means bigger tires, better traction, and a more aggressive stance—all without major suspension work. You still get the clearance you need to cruise over rocks and logs without getting stuck underneath.

SuperATV's construction uses TIG-welded 1/8-inch steel plate with an internal gusset system. The heavy-duty design isn't just strong—it'll take a real beating. • Super Duty 300M: Made from 300M-grade steel with a grease zerk and steel-on-steel design. Rated 2.25 times stronger than stock.
• Keller: Two-piece design that threads on like a bolt—can't pull out. Chromoly stud with advanced tool-steel body. Greaseable and rebuildable.
• Heavy Duty: Hardened 4340 VAR steel with zinc plating. Lab and field testing shows it handles double the pressure of an OEM joint. Grease zerks and adjustable design.
• Standard Duty: Chromoly steel studs and housings, zinc plated. Matches or beats OEM strength at a better price.
