These boxed A-arms give you the meat and strength to take real abuse, plus they're designed to work with 30-inch tires without needing a full suspension lift.

Why Boxed Design Matters

A boxed arm is thicker and stronger than a tube. These are built from 1/8-inch heavy-duty steel and TIG-welded with internal gussets running the length of the arm. That means they resist bending and cracking when you're bouncing over logs, rocks, and uneven ground. They come with UHMW bushings already installed, so you're not wrestling with assembly on day one. And if something ever does break, SuperATV backs them with a lifetime warranty.

The 2-Inch Offset and Ground Clearance

The 2-inch forward offset lets you fit 30-inch tires without a lift kit. You also get an extra 1.5 inches of ground clearance compared to stock, which means bigger obstacles feel smaller. You'll roll over rocks and logs without hanging up, and the ride quality stays smooth even when you're loading up with gear or running heavier setups.

Adjustable Pivot Blocks Keep Camber In Check

When you add weight or modifications, your camber angles can shift and mess with how the machine handles. These arms come with adjustable pivot blocks already set to factory specs. If you ever need to dial in the geometry, you can tweak them. Most riders leave them alone and they work great.

Ball Joint Options

You've got four choices to pair with your new A-arms. SuperATV can pre-assemble whichever ball joints you pick—just add them to your order and we'll install them free of charge. If you skip that option, you'll need to reuse your stock ball joints.

Super Duty 300M: Made from 300M grade steel and engineered for maximum strength. It's 2.25 times stronger than stock, comes with a grease zerk for easy maintenance, and uses a steel-on-steel adjustable design that stays tight.

Keller Ball Joints: Two-piece design with no snap ring needed. The stud is chromoly and the body is advanced tool steel. They thread on like a bolt, making them nearly impossible to dislodge. Greaseable and rebuildable for long-term durability.

Heavy Duty: Built from hardened 4340 VAR steel with zinc plating. Lab and field testing proves they handle double the load of OEM joints. They come with accessible grease zerks and adjustable design.

Standard Duty: Chromoly steel studs and housings with zinc plating. Same strength or better than factory, at a lower price point.
