Polaris RZR Trail S 1000 7-10" Lift Kit

Your Polaris RZR Trail S 1000 can handle a lot, but what if you could add 7-10" of extra ground clearance and fit massive 36" tires underneath? This lift kit makes that happen. It's built with real suspension parts—you choose between Rhino 2.0 or X300 Axles—so you're not just getting taller, you're getting stronger and more capable.

Pick Your Lift Height

The mounting brackets have three holes, which means you've got three different lift options ranging from 7" all the way to 10". Pick the height that works for your setup, and you're done. No guessing, no second-guessing.

Built Solid With Chromoly Steel

This kit uses 1-1/4" chromoly A-arms that are 75% thicker than what came on your machine, plus extra cross bracing for strength where it counts. The tie rods are 7/8" solid chromoly. Lift brackets are 4.5 mm heavy-duty steel. Everything's designed to handle real riding—not just look good sitting in the driveway.

Suspension That Still Works Right

A bad lift kit will change how your RZR turns and rides. This one doesn't. The geometry is tuned so your turning radius stays tight and your suspension keeps that smooth, planted feeling you're used to. You get all that extra height without sacrificing the stuff that makes the machine fun to drive.

Axle Options

You get to pick: Rhino 2.0 Axles are chromoly construction with a proprietary heat treatment and are 100% stronger than stock—backed by an 18-month warranty. X300 Axles use 300M alloy steel and feature a unique Flexshaft™ technology, with a lifetime warranty on top of that.

Shock Setup

The kit works with your factory shocks, but you can also add Phantom Pro Sport Series Shocks when you buy. You get to choose between remote reservoir or piggyback versions—remote lets you mount it somewhere easier to access, piggyback mounts directly on the shock. Both are fully adjustable for compression and rebound.
