Polaris RZR Trail S 1000 7-10" Lift Kit

Your Polaris RZR Trail S 1000 can handle a lot straight from the factory, but throw this lift kit at it and you're looking at 7-10 inches of extra ground clearance. That means clearing obstacles that would've been problems before and fitting much bigger rubber—we're talking up to 36-inch tires. You'll also get solid suspension components to match, whether you go with Rhino 2.0 or X300 axles. If you're serious about going higher and riding harder, this kit is the move.

Adjust Your Height to Fit Your Style

The lift brackets come with three mounting holes, so you can dial in exactly how high you want to sit. Pick from three different heights between 7 and 10 inches—whatever works best for your terrain and what you're trying to do.

Built Tough With Chromoly Steel

The A-arms are made from 1-1/4-inch chromoly steel tubing that's 75% thicker than stock, with extra cross braces welded in for real strength. The tie rods are 7/8-inch solid chromoly bar, and the brackets are 4.5mm heavy-duty steel. The whole setup keeps the steering and suspension geometry clean so turning feels natural and the ride stays comfortable—no weird handling surprises.

Built to Get Dirty

This isn't a show queen. You can stack it with bigger tires, add a portal gear lift on top if you want, and then take it out and beat on it. It's strong enough to handle real riding, not just looking pretty in the driveway.

Pick Your Axles

You get two choices here. The Rhino 2.0 features end-to-end chromoly construction with a proprietary heat treatment—100% stronger than stock and backed by an 18-month warranty. The X300 Axles are built from 300M alloy steel with a unique Flexshaft™ technology and come with a lifetime warranty.

Shock Options

The kit works with your stock shocks, but you can also upgrade to Phantom Pro Sport Series Shocks at checkout. You get remote reservoir or piggyback style—remotes let you mount the reservoir somewhere easier to access, while piggybacks mount directly to the shock body. Both have adjustable compression and rebound.
