Polaris RZR Trail S 1000 High Clearance 1.5" Forward Offset A-Arms

When you're out on the trail pushing hard, your A-arms take a beating. Stock control arms can flex and give you less steering response, especially once you add bigger tires or a lift kit. These 1.5 forward offset A-arms give you what you need to stay planted and responsive, no matter what's under your machine.

Built with 1.25 diameter tubing—that's 25% thicker than what comes stock—these arms handle the punishment without bending. You get an extra 1.5 inches of ground clearance so you'll have more room to clear rocks, roots, and rough terrain. That forward offset also means you can fit 30-inch tires without running into fitment headaches. Pair all that together and you've got arms that let you drive faster without worrying about what's underneath.

What You're Getting

The arms ship with UHMW bushings already pressed in. These things are self-lubricating, so they don't fight you like some aftermarket stuff. Adjustable pivot blocks come standard. Out of the box they're set to factory specs, but if you add suspension work or carry extra weight, you can dial in your camber to keep tire wear even and maximize grip. Getting this right matters—sloppy camber will eat up your rubber fast.

Ball Joint Options

You'll need to pick a ball joint style for your new arms. If you want us to handle the installation, grab a ball joint and select pre-assembly at checkout and we'll bolt them on for free. If you skip that, you can reuse your factory ball joints.

Super Duty 300M: Made from 300M grade steel—about the strongest material you can get in a ball joint. Includes a grease zerk and steel-on-steel construction. Rated at 2.25 times stronger than stock.

Keller: Two-piece design that threads on like a nut and bolt, making pull-out virtually impossible. Chromoly stud with advanced tool-steel body. Greaseable and rebuildable for long-term maintenance.

Heavy-Duty: Built from hardened 4340 VAR steel and zinc-plated for rust resistance. Lab and field testing shows these handle double the load of an OEM joint. Includes grease zerks and adjustable design.

Standard Duty: Chromoly steel studs and housing, zinc-plated, matching or exceeding OEM strength without the price tag.
