Polaris RZR Trail S 1000 RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion

The RackBoss 2.0 fixes that problem with a dual-bushing system that cuts wear down by over half compared to what you get from the factory. It's built for Polaris RZR Trail S 1000 machines and handles big tires, rough terrain, and hard use year after year without falling apart on you.

The Dual-Bushing Advantage

Here's what makes this rack different: X24 Tech uses heavy-duty PTFE bushings on both ends of the rack to kill internal play. Less play means the tension spring stays put instead of bouncing around. With minimal movement inside the assembly, the RackBoss 2.0 turns massive tires through gnarly trails and hard impacts, then stays solid and tight for years longer than a stock unit. The built-in grease fitting lets you pump fresh grease in after nasty water or mud runs, too.

Choose Your Tie Rod Style

You get two choices here, and both come packed with the same core tech. The solid steel bar option gives you pure strength with 1" diameter rods and beefy tie rod ends—3/4" outer tie rods paired with rebuildable inner tie rods. If you want something lighter without sacrificing toughness, the swaged tube design uses 7/8" diameter steel tubing with a flared-out profile that boosts rigidity. That version runs 14 mm rod threads and 16 mm rack threads. Either way, you're getting SuperATV's proven geometry and construction.

What You're Getting

Both versions include steering stop hardware, misalignment bushings, tie rod studs, protective inner boots on the ball joints, and all fasteners you need. Everything threads together clean, and both are greasable for maintenance down the line.
