Polaris RZR Trail S 900 2" Forward Offset Boxed A-Arms

Stock control arms wear out fast on the trail. They hang up on rocks and branches, flex under hard hits, and can bend if you really push them. These boxed A-arms for your Polaris RZR Trail S 900 (2021+) are built to take the abuse. The 2 forward offset geometry lets you run up to 30" tires without a lift, clears obstacles better, and keeps your ride smoother from start to finish.

What You're Getting

The set comes with adjustable pivot blocks already dialed to factory specs. If you need ball joints installed, you can add a set at checkout and SuperATV will bolt them on for you at no extra charge—just order the joints with your arms. If you skip that option, you'll reuse your existing ball joints.

Built Tough

These arms start with heavy 1/8" steel plate, TIG-welded throughout, with internal gussets for extra stiffness. A UV-resistant powder coat keeps rust at bay. They ship with UHMW bushings already pressed in, so you're ready to bolt and go. SuperATV backs them with a lifetime warranty.

The 2 forward offset and high-clearance bends mean you get an extra 1.5" of ground clearance and better approach over rough terrain. Less chance of getting hung up, and the whole rig rides easier.

Ball Joint Options

Super Duty 300M: Built from 300M steel—the strongest stuff in the industry. Greaseable, adjustable, and 2.25x stronger than stock.

Keller Brand: Two-piece design with no snap ring. The stud is chromoly, the body is tool steel, and they thread on like a bolt so they won't pull loose. Greaseable and rebuildable.

Heavy Duty: Hardened 4340 VAR steel with zinc plating. Greaseable with an adjustable design. Lab and field testing shows they handle double the load of OEM joints.

Standard Duty: Chromoly steel studs and housings, zinc plated all over. Matches or beats OEM strength without the dealer price tag.
