Polaris RZR Trail S 900 2" Forward Offset Boxed A-Arms

Stock A-arms take a beating on rough trails and can fold under hard use. These boxed control arms give you the strength and clearance to push harder without worry. Built with a 2-inch forward offset and high-clearance geometry, they let you fit up to 30-inch tires and gain 1.5 inches of extra ground clearance—all without a lift kit. That means you'll clear rocks, branches, and rough terrain easier, and the whole ride gets smoother.

What You're Getting

The arms themselves are made from 1/8-inch heavy-duty steel, TIG-welded with internal gussets throughout for real toughness. A UV-resistant powder coat keeps rust away. UHMW bushings come pre-installed, so you're ready to bolt on and go. They ship with adjustable pivot blocks already dialed to factory specs, which means your camber stays right even if you add a lift or load up weight later.

You've got three ball joint options to choose from, depending on how hard you ride:

• Super Duty 300M — 300M grade steel with a grease zerk and adjustable steel-on-steel pivot. About 2.25 times stronger than stock.
• Keller Ball Joints — Two-piece design with chromoly stud and tool-steel body. Thread on like a bolt, so they won't pull free. Greaseable and rebuildable.
• Heavy Duty — Hardened 4340 VAR steel with zinc plating. Accessible grease zerks, adjustable design, and can handle roughly double the load of an OEM joint.
• Standard Duty — Chromoly steel throughout, zinc-plated, and as tough as or tougher than factory arms but without the factory price tag.

If you order ball joints with your arms, SuperATV will install them free—just pick that option at checkout. Note: if you don't add pre-installed joints, you'll need to reuse your stock ones. A lifetime warranty covers the arms themselves.
