Polaris RZR Trail S 900 Primal Soft Cab Enclosure Upper Doors

Your cab takes a beating out there—wind, dust, flying debris, and weather wear on you and your passengers. These upper doors seal things up and keep the elements out, so you can actually enjoy the ride instead of getting pounded all day. They work as a standalone upgrade or mix and match with a roof, windshield, and lower doors to build out a full enclosure.

What You're Getting

The set includes two upper doors with vinyl windows, snag-free zippers, heavy-duty snaps, beefy flaps to hold everything in place, and all the hardware you need to bolt them on. Installation takes minutes—they attach with Velcro and snaps, and you can add cinch straps if you want extra security (especially handy when you're trailering).

The Material

SuperATV builds these from PVC-backed polyester with what they call Pel-Tek technology—basically a tougher, more durable weave that shrugs off punctures, scrapes, and mildew. The vinyl windows are double-polished for crystal-clear visibility and treated to resist UV fade and yellowing over years of sun exposure. Stitching is done with a tight, clean technique (not just basic hemming), and every piece gets CNC cut so it fits snug without sagging or stretching down the road.

Flexible for Any Conditions

Zip them closed when it's cold or wet out. When the sun heats up, unzip and roll them up, then cinch them with the snaps. The included flaps keep mud and rocks from beating them up while you ride. You can even pull the window out separately if you want just the door frame, no need to remove the whole thing.
