Polaris RZR Trail S 900 RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion

Your steering rack takes a beating out there, and over time it gets sloppy and loose. The RackBoss 2.0 fixes that problem with a completely different approach to how a rack and pinion should be built. It's designed to handle massive tires and rough terrain without wearing out the way stock racks do. Fit this on your Polaris RZR Trail S 900 and you get years of tight, responsive steering without the creep and play that normally shows up after hard riding.

How It Stays Tight Longer

The secret is the dual-bushing design—heavy-duty PTFE bushings at each end of the rack that kill internal slop before it starts. Less movement inside means the tension spring stays where it should be, so your steering stays crisp through big turns and brutal terrain. SuperATV's X24 Tech is what makes this work, and you won't find it on any other rack out there. As a bonus, there's a grease fitting built in, so you can pump fresh grease through after muddy or wet rides to keep everything running smooth.

Two Tie Rod Options

Solid Steel Tie Rods: These are one-piece steel bars—no tubes, just solid strength. The 1" diameter rods pair with 3/4" outer tie rod ends and rebuildable inner tie rods that use 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads. Great for pure durability when you're turning big rubber through boulder fields and nasty terrain.

Swaged Tube Tie Rods: If you want lighter weight without sacrificing toughness, these steel tubes have a flared design that bumps up their strength past what the 7/8" diameter would normally give you. The outer ends are 14 mm heim joints, and the rebuildable inner ball and sockets run 14 mm rod threads with 16 mm rack threads.
